Taiwan's first consulting casebook: a free, 133-page resource I led an eleven-person team to write and publish, so students here could prepare with material built for the local context.

Aspiring consultants in Taiwan had no casebook written from a local perspective — they trained on foreign MBA-club material that never quite fit the local context.

As project manager I led an eleven-person team over several months to write, review, and publish a 133-page casebook: nine original cases across industries plus an industry overview, vetted by external consultants, and released entirely free.
